Items purchased can be returned to 6/36 Navigation Drive, Glen Parva, Leicester, LE2 9TB within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The items must be returned in the condition in which they were bought and returned carriage is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that you are insured against loss and damage for the full value of the item during returned transit as we will not be held responsible for damage or loss which takes place during the return.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all items are sent out in perfect condition, there inevitably will be instances where mistakes are made. During 2008, we are very pleased to report an estimated 99.5% of all orders were received in perfect condition and we aim to maintain this impressive record moving forward. In the small minorities of cases where our customers are not satisfied for any reason please be sure to contact us to discuss this. We will be open and honest at all times and look forward to serving you and putting right any mistakes which we have made.
